What is in a kit?

Each kit's page lists every item inside and what they would cost on their own.

Can I return part of a kit?

A kit is returned whole, within 7 days of delivery, unused.

Can I exchange activewear for another size?

Yes, free, within 7 days of delivery, from your order page. Equipment cannot be exchanged for size.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 working day; delivery takes 2-5 working days. Heavy dumbbells may take a day longer.
